Rainbow Trugs are currently only delivering to the UK. Orders received by Midday Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are usually* dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched on the next working day.

For those of you outside of the UK who are looking to order you may wish to consider a ‘package forwarding company’. Some of our customers use this type of service in many countries around the world.

* Whilst we endeavor to dispatch orders placed before Midday Monday to Friday on that day, at busy times this may not be possible.

We use PARCELFORCE for shipping most standard orders. Our couriers state that they DO NOT guarantee delivery timescales and when selecting Next Day, Before Noon or Before 10:30am, this will be achieved in over 90% of deliveries but if your order is later due to 'operational delays' such as weather or traffic delays etc., neither our couriers or ourselves will be liable for any subsequent loss.
